Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 16, 2026

Unnathi Analytics ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Paridhi mobile application and web platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using Paridhi, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

We do not collect account information directly from end users. Accounts are created and managed by your institution's administrator, who provisions your login credentials and assigns your role within the Service. We do not require an email address or personal contact details from you to sign in.

b. Location Data

With your permission, we collect precise location data to enable attendance verification, geofencing, and clock-in/clock-out features. Location is captured only at the moment you perform an attendance action and is not tracked in the background.

c. Camera and Photos

With your permission, we access your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload profile pictures, enrollment photographs, and attendance verification images.

d. Storage Access

We request access to device storage to allow you to download and export reports (attendance, payroll, fee, and other PDF or spreadsheet documents) and to save them locally on your device.

e. Push Notification Tokens

We collect device push notification tokens (via Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar services) so we can deliver notifications about attendance, leaves, announcements, and other Service-related events.

f. Usage and Device Information

We may automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, IP address, app version, and activity logs to maintain reliability and security of the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To authenticate users using credentials provisioned by their institution.
  • To record and verify attendance, leaves, payroll, and other institutional activities.
  • To send notifications and important updates relevant to your role.
  • To generate reports and analytics for authorized administrators within your institution.
  • To improve, troubleshoot, and secure the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as follows:

  • With your institution: Administrators and authorized personnel of the institution you belong to can access your data as required for institutional operations.
  • With service providers: Trusted third parties (hosting, push notification, analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to your institution. We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as record keeping and audit.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, and role-based access controls. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may, subject to applicable law, request to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw permissions (location, camera, notifications) at any time via your device settings.

To exercise these rights, contact your institution administrator or write to us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

Paridhi is intended for use by educational and workplace institutions. Where the Service is used to manage information about students who are minors, that information is processed on behalf of the institution, which is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Firebase for push notifications and analytics). These providers have their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
